Patient POST with File Upload/Attachment
- This applies when the request body includes attachments_attributes.
- Supported attachment types: PDF and JPEG
- Look to your language's libraries for a way to do multipart post request.
When including attachments, please include the following attachments_attributes:

To specify a process tab for a generic attachment, first obtain the corresponding id value of that process tab via the GET Patient Process endpoint. Then, include the following attachments_attributes:
- attachment_patient_process_id: <the patient process tab id>
Note that the request body for POST is a long string of Content Parts separated by BOUNDARY strings.
Each request body field name is www-form-url-encoded so that a nested JSON object such as {data:{name:“test”}} will be flattened down to “data[name]=test”.
